Footnotes
THERE GOES HARVARD stepped to the front and controlled the pace in hand on the inside, took pressure from LORD BULLINGDON and ATITLAN on the backstretch, maintained command through the far turn, shook free into the lane and drew away under right handed encouragement and steady handling late. EASTER (FR) came away slow on the outside, trailed two wide early on the clubhouse turn then along the rail, continued at the back in the middle stages, rounded the far turn two then three wide, angled widest at the top of the lane and summoned a mild rally to nail LORD BULLINGDON for the place honors at the wire. LORD BULLINGDON stalked in the two path, applied pressure from between foes on the backstretch, kept the heat on THERE GOES HARVARD through the far turn, failed to keep up entering the lane, chased within range to midstretch then got edged for second at the wire. DIVIN PROPOS (FR) tracked widest down the hill then was reserved outside EASTER (FR) early on, raced in the three path on the clubhouse turn, remained three wide to the stretch and lacked a rally. ATITLAN stalked outside rivals in hand, moved up outside the leader three deep in the middle stages, chased in the three path turning for home and weakened down the lane. TRULY QUALITY raced in range between rivals in the two path, ridden along into the and around the far turn still between foes two wide and also weakened in the drive. DICEY MO CHARA (GB) stalked from inside, ridden along the fence through the far turn, cut the corner into the lane and faded.
