TERRY'S BOY cleared the field and moved inside, took pressure in the middle stages, carried a short lead through the far turn, put away outer rival in upper stretch and held gamely over a pair of rivals late. VANTASTIC tracked from inside, saved ground behind TERRY'S BOY through the far turn, moved out a bit in the lane, came with a late bid but was not enough. YACOWLEF (IRE) traveled two wide towards the rear, remained in the two path on the far turn, closed well through the lane, had to alter a bit from behind VANTASTIC past the sixteenth pole and kept gaining to the wire for a game third. OTTOMAN PRINCE (IRE) tracked in the two path, tipped three wide entering the lane and lacked a bid. SO I'M TOLD was closest in pursuit early from the two path, applied pressure from outside in the middle stages, kept the heat on TERRY'S BOY through the far turn, then lost touch with the leader in upper stretch, almost had the rider lose his crop midstretch but made a nice save, then weakened in between foes late. HURRICANE CLOUD (GB) reserved in the two path, chased in range three deep at the quarter pole, spun four wide into the lane and flattened out. LIBERAL (IRE) saved ground off the pace and failed to menace. FOWLER BLUE raced a bit off the rail at the back around the first turn, traveled along the fence up the backstretch, moved out around the second bend, trailed three wide into the stretch and could not make an impact.
