SPEED OF ELON broke outward and brushed with LITTLE DITTY, straightened and settled off the pace while saving ground, gathered momentum near the half and steadily moved up around the final turn, continued inside progress to mid stretch, eased out then altered sharply outward off the heels of the embattled leaders inside the sixteenth pole, straightened and quickened while on his left lead and just got up while ridden out. SHAPOVAL drifted in soon after the break, secured an inside spot and took to early rating, gained in hand near the half and took up a stalking spot, was put to a ride chasing to the inside of a rival past the five sixteenths, eased out with a gain into the stretch, moved up and engaged the leader in mid stretch, dueled while floated out a bit, gained a slim advantage between rivals in deep stretch, finished gamely but just could not fend off the winner's outer surge. ZAGREUS pulled clear early then dropped in to set a rated pace, remained clear under some rating past the five sixteenths, came under a ride soon into the lane, dug in when confronted nearing the eighth pole, dueled inside SHAPOVAL while drifting out in deep stretch and gave way grudgingly. GIANT LUTHER , brushed with an outer foe at the break, settled well back while saving ground, eased out some entering the lane, shifted back in for the final furlong and continued with interest. SOGNO DI VINO , forward outside a rival, took closer order under a ride into the stretch, worked between runners in mid stretch, chased the leading trio past the sixteenth pole then flattened out. SIR NANO , off the pace and outside a rival leaving the far turn, was under a hearty ride three wide nearing the quarter pole, moved up some in mid stretch but lacked a serious response through the final seventy yards. OM BREW , a touch rank under the wire the first time when rated off the leader, settled into the first turn then eased out near the five eighths to stalk, loomed a presence outside a rival past the five sixteenths, was under pressure pursuing three wide into the lane, failed to find more in mid stretch, wandered a bit and faded under some hand asking. LITTLE DITTY , brushed at the break, stalked outside a rival around the first turn, was under pressure into the far turn, failed to kick on and faltered approaching the stretch.
