BROADWAY UNIONS stalked outside rivals, bid three deep on the turn, cleared with a quarter mile remaining, powered away when showed the crop and widened under hand urging. NOBEL GARY chased widest up the backstretch, went five wide into the turn, moved into the three path then tipped back out four wide at the quarter pole, offered a mild rally and bested the rest. TOPPERS WAGER brushed with outer rival past the nine-sixteenths pole, traveled along the rail then two wide on the turn and missed second. STEPBROTHERAUSTIN chased briefly then went up to duel from outside, put a head in front on the turn, lost command to the winner and yielded to that rival late on the bend, lugged out midstretch and weakened. ARROMAX broke in and brushed, trailed off the rail early, traveled two then three wide around the bend and failed to threaten. MR FABRICATOR chased briefly then moved up outside the top pair, dropped back to a stalking position shortly after, brushed with inner rival past the nine-sixteenth pole, asked two then three wide on the turn and could not rally. BLACK AS MY HEART climbed a bit early, traveled out of range along the inside then two wide and was never a factor. SAWYER'S SPEED cleared and crossed over with a sharp move, dueled from inside to the turn, yielded midway around the bend and tired down the lane.
