SPUN NOT STIRRED steadied along the rail behind a rival on the first turn, chased between on the backstretch in mid-pack, ridden along two then three wide on the second bend, reeled in the leader at the eighth pole, led clear into the final sixteenth and was kept busy late. UNCLE EVCO stalked three then two wide around the first turn, was closest in pursuit going into the second bend, remained two to the stretch, finished willingly down the lane but could not match the winner in the late stages. CANO FOR THE WIN fought four deep into the first turn then dueled from outside while moving into the two path, cleared inner rival early on the backstretch, showed the way along the inside to the lane, challenged past the eighth pole and relinquished the lead, then flattened late and lost second. TOPPERS AT SEASIDE dueled three deep then dueled along the inside around the first turn, could not keep up with CANO FOR THE WIN early on the backstretch, chased next to the fence through the far turn, steered out in the lane and lacked a rally. SANTA BARBARIAN vied between briefly then took a stalking position on the inside around the first turn, dropped off the pace in the middle stages, went two wide into the second bend, moved out and came four wide into the stretch, churned on down the lane but needed to find more. KERSTING COURT lagged behind two wide then along the inside, coaxed along on the far turn while moving back into the two path, came out further in the drive and improved position. LOOKIN FOR CURLY settled inside well off the pace, ridden along on the far turn while continuing to save ground and was never a factor. THE GYPSY COWBOY rounded the first turn in the three path out of range, advanced along the inside then tipped out around the far turn, came three wide into the lane, moved out further and failed to menace. SAWTOOTH BOW showed brief speed inside a trio of rivals then got put in tight and steadied early on the first turn, moved into the two path giving chase, traveled in mid-pack on the backstretch, dropped back three then four wide on the far turn and had little left for the stretch run.
