MYTHICAL REEL (IRE) stalked three deep then moved into the two path around the first turn, raced up close outside the pace setter in the middle stages, chased two wide through the far turn, bid three deep with a furlong remaining and wore down BROSKI (IRE) late. BROSKI (IRE) established the front along the inside, set all the pace to the stretch, drifted out a bit and took the path of UNRIVALED HERO midstretch, fought into the last sixteenth and yielded grudgingly late. UNRIVALED HERO stalked the pace along the fence, tipped out at the top of the lane, tried to rally between horses past the eighth pole but lost a clear path and steadied, recovered quickly and kept on gamely between the top pair late and missed second. RANK tracked three wide around both turns and failed to produce a bid when called upon. ROWAN AUGUST tracked the speed in the two path then found the rail on the clubhouse turn, continued on the fence into the far turn, shifted back to the two path on the second bend and lacked further response in the lane. WEST IS WEST raced in range from the two path, dropped off the pace traveling between horses, chased two wide then along the rail late on the far turn and could not rally. PRAYER trailed in the two path into the first turn, crept closer three deep on the backstretch, chased two then three wide on the far turn and weakened. SKYQUIST was off a bit slow, unhurried while moving to the inside, trailed into the stretch and was never a factor. FOLLOWING AN INQUIRY, THE STEWARDS RULED IN A MAJORITY DECISION TO DISQUALIFY BROSKI (IRE) FROM SECOND TO THIRD FOR SHIFTING OUT AND TAKING THE PATH OF UNRIVALED HERO MIDSTRETCH, COSTING THAT RIVAL A CHANCE AT A BETTER PLACING.
