SUPERMAZEL stalked three deep around the first turn, raced up close to the outside of the pacesetter up the backstretch, put the pressure on RIGHT HAND RYDER around the far turn, seized control in upper stretch and drew clear in the final sixteenth. RIGHT HAND RYDER cleared quickly and crossed over into the two path, controlled the pace to the far turn, pressured by SUPERMAZEL around the bend, lost command in upper stretch and stayed on well for a clear second. CHIEF JACKSON stalked in the two path, lost ground under asking three then two wide on the far turn, weakened in the lane but managed to hold third. MISCHIEF'S THIRSTY traveled two wide then found the rail on the first turn at the back, trailed on the fence into the far turn, tipped two wide approaching the quarter pole, ran into mild traffic entering in the lane, tipped out into the clear and rounded out the superfecta. WILD WAGER took the first turn four then three wide racing near the back, traveled four to five wide outside rivals on the second bend and failed to threaten. BROTHER O' BRIEN stumbled a bit leaving the gate, sat off the pace on the inside, asked while tipping two wide on the far turn and lacked a rally. OH GREAT (IRE) chased five wide into the first turn, angled down to the three path, raced off the pace up the backstretch, rounded the far turn three to four wide and proved no menace. LORD WIMBORNE (IRE) navigated the first turn three then two wide, went three wide into the second bend, angled out in the lane and failed to rally. UNION WAVE stalked up close on the inside, weakened on the far turn and tired down the stretch.
