DIVINE RASCAL forwardly placed in the early going, traveled along the rail then two wide past the quarter pole, tipped out at the top of the lane and started to reel in the leader, latched onto RUNNIN UTE midstretch, battled in deep stretch and dug in to edge the runner-up. RUNNIN UTE broke in and bumped, raced up close then pressed the pace from outside, took over at the five-sixteenths pole, cleared late on the bend, challenged by DIVINE RASCAL midstretch, battled gamely to the wire and missed. MAJOR TOM traveled three deep between rivals at the back, angled out and traveled six wide into the lane, came with a late run but ran out of ground. TOUCH OF ZEN saved ground at the back, moved out in the lane and summoned a mild rally to round out the superfecta. COULTHARD (IRE) took control from inside, set the pace under pressure up the backstretch, lost command at the five-sixteenths pole, failed to kick on with the new leader at the quarter pole and weakened in the drive. LOVE CANDY traveled four deep at the back into the turn, spun six wide into the lane and improved position. BIG DON'S SMILING chased off the rail, lost ground three, four, then five wide on the turn and failed to threaten. HERMELINDA'S FANCY took a bump from outside leaving the gate, climbed a bit trailing then raced between rivals at the back into the turn, spun three wide off the bend and was never a factor. WARRENS WORLD chased wide up the backstretch, moved into the three path for the turn, lost ground around the bend, entered the stretch in the four path and tired. MOMO'S KIDDO tracked between into the turn, asked two to three wide around the bend and faded.
