Footnotes
FEEL THE MAGIC raced up close outside the leader apply pressure at times, moved up on even terms around the far turn, inched ahead approaching the eighth pole and won going away. MR. LEASURE chased briefly then went up to take command around the first turn from inside, pressured by FEEL THE MAGIC in the middle stages, dueled around the far turn, fought to upper stretch, could not go on with the leader in the furlong grounds but was clearly second best. MALIBU ROCKS pulled into the first turn then again late on the bend, stalked along the rail up the backstretch, remained inside to the stretch and outkicked BAD TO THE BONES for third. BAD TO THE BONES tracked in the two path then found the rail, rounded the far turn two then three wide and lost the show. SPUN NOT STIRRED tucked inside near the back then moved into the two path around the bend, continued two wide leaving the backstretch, angled to the rail late on the bend and could not make an impact. EXCEL CALCULATOR trailed two wide then along the rail, asked three wide on the far turn and was not a factor. MONGOLIAN ALTAI tracked three then two wide early, went three deep into the second turn, moved into the two path late on the bend and faded.
