REGAL PATRIOT set a pressured pace from inside, cleared SO I'M TOLD at the quarter pole and drew away under left handed urging. DON'T SWEAR DAVE raced outside a rival at the back, angled out at the top of the lane, finished determinedly and edged JETOVATOR for second. JETOVATOR stalked outside a rival to the turn, rounded the bend in the three path, was closest in pursuit into the final sixteenth and got nailed for second. BOB'S BLUE MOON stalked the top pair from inside, hugged the rail through the turn and weakened. SO I'M TOLD pressed the pace from outside, lost touch with the leader at the quarter pole, chased within striking distance into the final furlong and weakened. INCH followed in range outside a pair of rivals to the turn, traveled in the four path around the hook and weakened in the drive. MY SUMMER DREAM settled inside, saved ground through the bend, came off the rail a bit into the stretch and lacked further response.
