Footnotes
EL ONDEADO chased five then four deep early, crept closer four then three wide around the bend outside rivals, took over in upper stretch and edged clear late. WHATS THE BUZZ stepped to the front and came over to cause a chain reaction early, cleared GOT YOUR SIX and moved over to the inside, led through the turn, confronted by EL ONDEADO in upper stretch, relinquished the lead with a furlong remaining and stayed on well to hold second. SEAGER MAN chased along the rail and got bumped at the five-eighths pole, moved forward after the trouble still on the fence, tipped two wide around the bend, finished willingly down the lane but failed to find the needed late kick. TOPPERS WAGER sat off the pace in the opening stages, went two wide around the bend, moved out in the lane and offered a mild response to round out the superfecta. PAX A PUNCH chased from off the pace well off the rail, went five to six wide around the bend and lacked a rally. DONTGETFOOLEDAGAIN saved ground from off the pace, angled out past the quarter pole and improved position. CHASING RYTER chased between rivals, got pinballed at the five-eighths pole, saved ground from the fence on the turn and weakened. GANTRY was antsy in the starting gate, chased between rivals in the three path on the turn and came up empty in the lane. GOT YOUR SIX pressed from inside early then chased the pacesetter to the turn, got crowded between rivals t the three-eighths pole, spun four wide into the lane and faded. MY PAL GEORGE was off a bit slow, pulled the rider forward, raced three to four wide around the bend and tired. ROCKSALOT chased three deep, got floated into inner rival and bumped then steadied at the five-eighths pole, chased two wide then along the rail on the turn and tired. ADEPT was off slow in the beginning, dropped far back and never got involved. THERE WAS A STEWARDS' INQUIRY AND UNANIMOUSLY RULED TO DISQUALIFY WHATS THE BUZZ FROM SECOND TO ELEVENTH FOR COMING OVER EARLY WITHOUT SUFFICIENT CLEARANCE, CAUSING A CHAIN REACTION BETWEEN SEVERAL RIVALS.
