Footnotes
MR. DISRESPECTFUL cleared in the two path then found the rail on the first turn, took pressure up the backstretch, cleared SKETCHY with a quarter mile left to run, kept to task through the lane and remained untested to the wire. PROMISSIO broke out and bumped, had the rider lose his right iron but regained his footing nearing the clubhouse turn, stalked from inside, followed behind the leader to the stretch, could not produce the necessary bid but was able to hold second. RASTAMAN VIBE got bumped from inside at the start, pulled a bit three deep then in the two path leaving the clubhouse turn, remained two wide around the far turn, went between rivals at the eighth pole and could not get by PROMISSIO for second. SKETCHY raced up close from inside then switched outside the leader early on the clubhouse turn, applied pressure on the backstretch, lost touch with the pacesetter near the quarter pole, chased two wide into the drive and flattened to fourth. DEALERS SPECIAL got knocked into outer rival leaving the gate, stalked in the two path to the far turn, tipped three wide around that bend and failed to respond.
