TAVOLARA drifted out early on the first turn traveling off the pace, made a three wide move around the far turn, fought outside the top pair into the stretch, dueled with INNER FURY (IRE) down the stretch and was all out to best the runner-up. INNER FURY (IRE) showed early speed four deep, took a stalking position three then two wide on the clubhouse turn, bid two wide with a quarter mild left to run, put a head in front in upper stretch, lost command inside the eighth pole, fought back gamely to the wire but could not get by. CAUSE I'M PERFECT came in and bumped a rival into the first turn, pulled in the two path around the bend, chased between rivals or still in the two path on the second bend and kept on to gain the show honors. READY TO DARE dueled from outside, cleared past the half-mile pole, took pressure from a pair of rivals late on the bend, yielded in upper stretch and flattened to fourth. NAKOTA (IRE) took a bump at the start, tucked inside at the back, angled widest late on the bend and into the stretch, summoned a mild rally but never threatened. LADY LOLLIPOP was rank early dropping off the pace, altered out from behind trouble rival early on the first turn, angled back toward the inside, chased two to three wide on the second bend, was a bit rank at the top of the lane and failed to menace. SEXZIE got bumped by outer rival entering the first turn, sat off the pace on the inside, asked two then three wide on the far turn and lacked the needed response. FLAMENGO'S QUEEN (IRE) stalked from inside, lost ground around the far turn, entered the lane in the two path had little left for the drive. IONIAN GEM dueled from inside, pressed up the backstretch, chased past the half-mile pole, stayed in range through the far turn, then tired down the lane.
