ONE OF THESE DAYS (IRE) saved ground stalking the pace, angled out from behind the leader at the eighth pole, drew alongside that rival shortly after, took over in the final fifty yards and held over the late run from SIX MAPIES (IRE) approaching the wire. SIX MAGPIES (IRE) reserved inside then in the two path, pulled closer on the backstretch, followed in range three then four wide on the second bend, rallied down the middle portion of the stretch but ran out of time. TARGARYIS controlled the pace on the inside, asked right handed entering the lane, showed the way clear into the final furlong, held a short lead over ONE OF THESE DAYS (IRE) with a sixteenth remaining and yielded late. MONGOLIAN ALTAI stalked two to three wide on the first turn, chased two then three wide on the far turn as well, angled out in upper stretch, finished willingly for a minor award but lacked the needed late kick. BAD TO THE BONES took a bump from inner rival but was unaffected, tracked two then three wide early, moved closer three deep on the backstretch, stayed off the rail to the stretch and lacked a bid. NAISMITH stalked on the inside then eased over to the two path midway around the clubhouse turn, came under a ride still in the two path on the second bend but flattened out in deep stretch. GENTLEMEN'S CLUB bumped with outer rival at the start, trailed on the inside to the far turn, moved into the two path to pass a rival at the quarter pole and could not threaten down the lane. HOLLYWOOD IMPACT sat off the pace in the two path then found the rail, saved ground through the far turn, drifted out at the eighth pole under left handed urging and had little left for the furlong grounds.
