Footnotes
CASH CALL raced up close outside the top pair, bid three deep on the far turn, dueled outside HOWIN into the lane, seized command in upper stretch and was kept busy to the wire. HOWIN took control from inside, set the pace under pressure from SEA RUNNER, maintained a short lead over outer pair through the far turn, dueled with CASH CALL turning for home, lost the lead shortly after but stayed on well inside the winner for a clear second. OUR MOONLIGHT tracked three then two wide on the first turn, stayed off the inside up the backstretch, asked three wide on the second bend and gained third in the stretch. ALLIHIES trailed three wide into the first turn then tucked inside, angled out past the quarter pole, came four wide into the stretch and passed a tired rival. SEA RUNNER pressed the pace from outside, fought between rivals on the far turn, could not keep up with the top pair leaving the bend and faded in the stretch run.
