FULL MOON GRAZEN off slow to begin, drew closer steadily up the backstretch, gained four wide around the turn, challenged three deep into the final furlong, dueled outside I'M A RISQUE GIRL in deep stretch and dug in to best the runner-up. I'M A RISQUE GIRL stalked the top pair near the inside leaving the backstretch, angled out on the turn, bid three wide into the lane, took over in upper stretch, fought inside FULL MOON GRAZEN in the late stages and got outkicked. PONDERGATING dueled from outside up the backstretch and around the turn, cleared inner rival with a quarter mile left to run, drifted out at the top of the lane, lost command shortly after, fought to midstretch and weakened late. TESSA (GB) lacked early speed under asking early, gained along the rail on the turn, tipped two wide into the lane and flattened in the furlong grounds. WOODBINE WAY stalked the top pair from off the rail, took the turn three wide, drifted into the lane and came up empty. ICY MISCHIEF dueled from inside, fought with PONDERGATING to the quarter pole, failed to keep up leaving the bend, took an awkward step at the top of the lane, pulled up past the sixteenth pole and walked off. THERE WAS A STEWARDS' INQUIRY INVOLVING ICY MISCHIEF AT THE TOP OF THE STRETCH. FOLLOWING A REVIEW, THE STEWARDS RULED SHE TOOK AN AWKWARD STEP ON HER OWN ACCORD AND WOULD BE NO CHANGE.
