GO GO PRANCER brushed with inner rival at the start, pressed from outside, dueled past the five-sixteenths pole, kicked clear into the stretch, remained unchallenged to the sixteenth pole, came under threat from PROUD RACER in the final twenty yards and held well. PROUD RACER raced up close on the inside, tipped out at the quarter pole, chased two to three wide into the drive, was closest in pursuit entering the final furlong, came with a late bid but ran out of time. SEAGER MAN bumped leaving the gate, was forwardly placed outside the top pair, chased three to four wide into the lane, could not produce a bid but was able to hold third. UNCLE EVCO chased from off the rail near the back, traveled three, four, then five wide on the turn and failed to threaten. LAST CALL PAUL tracked two wide into the turn, moved out a bit early on the bend, steered back to the fence and lacked further response. EN TU HONOR BRO brushed the gate and outer rival at the start, took the lead early then showed the way under pressure from GO GO PRANCER, dueled past the five-sixteenths pole, yielded to the winner approaching the stretch and tired down the lane. NIGHTWING broke in and bumped SEAGER MAN, trailed in the early going, lagged behind on the inside around the bend and was never a factor.
