DAY AND AGE sprinted to the front and moved inside, lost the lead early on the backstretch and chased the new leader to the far turn, roused late on that bend, moved out under left handed urging at the top of the stretch, regained the lead past the sixteenth pole and held safely over the runner-up. THE PADRE (IRE) reserved in the early going and steered to the inside, continued along the fence into the far turn, went between rivals approaching the five-sixteenths pole, moved to the three path late on the bend, angled widest at the top of the stretch, finished well from the middle portion of the track and got up for second. GAME WARRIOR sat off the pace in the two path, chased two then three wide on the far turn, tipped out at the top of the lane, rallied and got outclosed for second. LYLE THE CROCODILE (IRE) forwardly placed between rivals then lugged out early on the clubhouse turn, moved up three deep in hand, took over when let loose on the backstretch and cleared at the midway point, led along the inside through the far turn, showed the way into the final furlong but got run down at the sixteenth pole and outfinished by the top trio late. MAAZ (FR) reluctant loading into the gate, rated along the rail then in the two path early, waited two wide on the far turn, roused once in the clear but could not respond. HELICITY pulled along the inside early, stalked in hand up the backstretch, steadied off heels at the three-eighths pole, hugged the rail to the stretch and failed to rally. GUN RUNNER CHARLIE raced up close in the two path, pressed briefly on the backstretch then chased the new leader outside a rival, came under a ride on the far turn, moved out in upper stretch and weakened. TARIFF unhurried in the beginning and moved inside, coaxed along inside then two wide on the second bend and lacked the needed response. COMININALITTLEHOT raced outside a rival near the back, continued two wide into the far turn, angled four wide around the bend, tipped out at the top of the lane and was never a factor. MUSCLED stalked three deep for a bit, lugged out early on the first turn, traveled three deep up the backstretch, continued three wide on the far turn and tired.
