PONY EXPRESS dueled into the first turn then cleared around the bend, opened up on the far turn under coaxing, roused at the top of the lane, asked right handed with a furlong remaining, was ridden along into deep stretch, then placed in hand late. BRAZENLY broke a step slow, settled inside, moved out into the backstretch, chased three then four wide on the far turn and rallied for second. TRANCHE broke in and brushed, was prominent early outside the top pair for then three wide, chased after PONY EXPRESS outside MYSTIC SPIRIT up the backstretch, lost ground two wide on the far turn, was closeset in pursuit entering the final furlong, lacked a bid and got outfinished for the place. MYSTIC SPIRIT coaxed from the gate, raced outside the leader into the first turn then took a stalking position, coaxed along the inside while watching the leader kick away on the far turn, then weakened in the lane but earned a minor award. INDISPENSABLE brushed by inner rival at the start, tracked in the three path, raced outside a rival up the backstretch, fell off the pace two then three wide on the far turn and faded in the drive. BETTER THAN GOLD raced two wide outside a rival near the back into the first turn then got moved out around the bend, navigated the second turn in the two path and could not make an impact. GHAZAALY chased two wide then along the inside on the clubhouse turn, lost ground thorugh the second bend and came up empty in the stretch. POSITIVITY raced three then four wide outside rivals at the back before tucking inside late on the first turn, saved ground on the second turn as well but failed to be a factor.
