Footnotes
FRACTIOUS was fractious in the gate, backed out and reloaded, unhurried after from inside, picked up stride on the turn, steered out at the quarter pole, came three wide into the lane, reeled in the leader at the sixteenth pole and won going away. NOMOREBUTTAFINGERS vied between rivals to the three-eighths pole, dueled inside a rival midway around the bend, carried a narrow lead into the stretch, edged clear outside the eighth pole, got run down by the winner at the sixteenthe marker and held second. GRAND INDIAN broke a step slow and got brushed from inside, trailed up the backstretch, passed a rival while saving ground around the turn, came two wide into the lane, angled out in the drive and produced a mild rally to earn third. IRON SAND forwardly placed behind the top early, chased in the two path on the turn and flattened out in the lane. BOSS MAN BOLT vied three deep to the turn, dueled from outside at the five-sixteenths pole, could not keep up with the leader into the final furlong and weakened. AT PEACE was reluctant to load, sat off the pace outside a rival, trailed at the five-sixteenths pole, went two wide into the lane and passed tired rivals. MAGIC WAVE chased out of range from off the rail, navigated the turn in the three path and weakened. FRANCISCUS fought for the lead with outer pair to the turn, could not kick on with the leaders at the five-sixteenths pole and tired in the stretch.
