Footnotes
FOUR O SIX CREED stalked three deep into the turn, driven four wide into the stretch, put a head in front with a furlong remaining and edged clear. JERRY'S SPIRIT vied four deep into the turn, three deep around the bend, carried a short lead into the stretch, relinquished the lead to FOUR O SIX CREED at the eighth pole and saved second. BALADI chased outside a rival or between foes, went two then three wide around the bend, drifted to the inside in the lane and missed second. DONCIC trailed well off the rail early, advanced four then five wide around the bend but flattened out in the furlong grounds. SPECIAL CLUB broke a step slow, chased along the rail into the turn, moved off the fence a bit around the bend, went between rivals in upper stretch and weakened. SHARP AZA TACK vied between rivals to the turn, failed to match strides with the leaders midway around the bend, chased three to four wide turning for home, steered out in upper stretch and weakened. HARD TO FIGURE stalked briefly then went up to fight for the lead between rivals, vied in the two path through the turn and weakened down the lane. DEVIL BE ME raced up close then challenged for command inside a trio of rivals, put a head in front on the turn, lost command entering the lane and gave way, bled following the race and was transported off the track via equine ambulance.
