Footnotes
PIPSY (IRE) moved in while going to the front then showed the way, vied inside to the two path on the turn, responded well when asked near the quarter-pole, came under a right-handed crop in upper stretch, gamely fended off the challenge of multiple foes in the final furlong and held under strong urging. FUTURE IS NOW was unsettled in the gate but came away in good order, raced just off the pace while taken under a snug hold as the winner crossed over, was grabbed some while off heels nearing the half-mile pole, drafted inside on the turn, was given her cue at the quarter-pole, chased under the crop into the final furlong then made a bid, swapped back to her inside lead at the sixteenth-pole and missed while able to get the place. KAIRYU (IRE) stalked the pace on the outside, made a bid in the two to three path on the turn, battled on even terms for the lead under a drive into the final furlong and was outfinished then lost the place while narrowly able to get the show. TIME TO DAZZLE settled off the pace, moved closer in the four path on the turn, was roused in the five path into the stretch, chased outside in the drive and finished with good courage to just miss the show. PANDORA'S GIFT (IRE) was rated off the pace, moved from the rail to the two path on the turn, was asked in the three path into the stretch, chased the winner in the drive and also finished willingly but was out-kicked then just missed the superfecta. DANSE MACABRE dropped back towards the rear, went around the turn in the two to three path, came out to the five path into the stretch, moved out to the seven path inside the three-sixteenths pole and improved position. CREED'S GOLD was antsy in the gate, settled on the outside, went around the turn in the four path, was asked outside the quarter-pole then driven into the stretch in the six path and lacked the needed kick. ON COMMAND bobbled at the start and was last away, settled near the back, saved ground on the turn, was roused in the vicinity of the five-sixteenths pole and failed to rally. TWIRLING QUEEN left the gate under urging, was carried in by the winner early then steadied briefly, chased the pace, rounded the turn in the three path, spun into the stretch in the four path and lacked the needed response.
