TOP GUN ROCKET was rated behind the trio battling for command towards the inside on the first turn, moved out to the two path on the backstretch and continued onto the far turn, came under coaxing leaving the five-sixteenths and eased out leaving the quarter pole, came six wide off the bend to make a bid, was given one pop right handed with the crop nearing the furlong marker to vie for command on the far outside and then drew away in the furlong grounds to prove best while being ridden out. STREET SWAGG was two wide on the first turn pressing the pace then between rivals leaving the half mile marker and vied for command on the far turn, came three wide off the bend and was still vying for command to the furlong marker but proved to be no match for the winner while gamely earning the place award. WHITTINGTON PARK prompted the pace three wide on the first turn, continued on the outside down the backstretch, vied three deep on the far turn, came four wide off the bend and fought on to the furlong marker where he could not match strides with the winner and was out-kicked for the place award. EQUIVOQUE set a pressured pace on the inside and then vied for command on the far turn while still saving ground and dug in leaving the bend but weakened in the final furlong.
