Footnotes
GENERAL PARTNER drifted out at the start, prompted the pace on the outside of the leader, turned up the pressure in the three path on the turn, took the lead while asked near the quarter-pole, fought outside of the runner-up under a drive into the final sixteenth then moved clear under steady urging. VICTORY WAY went to the front, showed the way on the inside of a rival while off the inside, vied in the two path on the turn, was asked under heavy threat at the five-sixteenths pole, lost the advantage to the winner at the quarter-pole, fought on with that foe until near the sixteenth-pole and was outfinished while clear for the place. ECHO AGAIN settled under some urging, traveled around the turn in the three path, was roused outside the quarter-pole, swung out to the five path into the stretch, pursued the top two in the drive and lacked the needed kick while well clear for the show. INTO PLEASURE hit the outside of the gate at the start, was well placed just off the pace, saved ground on the turn, was asked near the quarter-pole, shifted to the three path into the stretch and came up empty. ELIMINATE broke out then was corrected by the rider, dropped back early and settled towards the rear, moved closer while chasing in the five path on the turn, floated into the seven path entering the stretch and also came up empty. QUICK TO ACCUSE angled out early then settled off the pace, moved up into the middle of the field, went around most of the turn in the two path, was asked near the five-sixteenths pole then shifted to the three path, dropped back in the four path into the stretch, drifted in outside the furlong marker and tired. HADES drifted out at the start, was urged along on the outside, dropped back in the four path while between horses with three furlongs to run, lugged out some in the stretch and failed to respond. RADIO RED settled near the back of the field, lugged out from the two path to the six path on the turn, came well out in the track into the stretch and was eased but walked off.
