Footnotes
BRAMITO angled in quickly after coming out at the rear of the field, was well placed while saving ground, drafted behind horses on the far turn, was asked while moving to the two path outside the quarter-pole, found room into the stretch, gained to make a bid inside the three-sixteenths pole, rallied to the lead just inside the furlong marker and drew away under strong urging. SOCIETY MAN hit the outside of the gate at the start, saved ground on the first turn, settled at the rear, rallied in the two path on the far turn, moved to the three path late on that bend, gained in the four path into the stretch, made an outside bid near the three-sixteenths pole, battled outside under a drive into the final furlong and proved no match for the winner while just able to get the place. RESILIENCE raced in the three then four path on the first turn, tracked the pace on the outside, made a bid in the four path on the far turn, dropped to the three path while asked late on that bend, led under a drive into the final furlong then was headed by the winner and proved no match then lost the place while well clear for the show. DIGITAL OPS was hustled from the gate, contested the pace in the two path while inside of a foe on the first turn, dropped just off the pace near the three-quarter pole, chased in the three then four path on the turn, was driven into the stretch in the five path and tired. OLYMPIC DREAMS was hustled from the gate, rounded the first turn in the two path, moved out early on the backstretch then came under urging, went around most of the far turn in the five path then dropped to the four path and failed to threaten. CASTLE ISLAND was hustled from the gate, raced in the three then four path while contesting the lead on the first turn, moved clear with about six furlongs to run, was asked in the two path on the far turn, lost the advantage at the quarter-pole and gave way.
