SHAKTI hustled from the gate, showed the way in hand along the inside down the backstretch and then just off the inside through the turn patiently handled until roused taking the inside route into upper stretch, then drew off under a drive to score. VICTORY HALL broke out a step at the start, chased three wide under a ride from the three-eighths marker, continued three wide into upper stretch, proved no match for the top one while running on well clear of the rest to be along second best. BELLORO hustled from the start, chased four wide under urging from the five-sixteenths, tipped five wide into upper stretch, kept on to the wire to secure the show honors. PEACE OF GOLD hustled from the gate, chased along the inside and then just off the inside under encouragement from the seven-sixteenths, angled four wide at the top of the stretch, shied out under a left handed crop straightened away, then shied in late under a right handed crop when weakening to the wire. ATENEA hustled from the start, chased three then two wide under coaxing from three furlongs out, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, tired. VIVIENNA hustled from the gate, chased just off the inside and then along the inside under urging from the seven-sixteenths, cut the corner into upper stretch and tired. BLUE HIGHWAY coaxed from the gate, chased six paths off the inside down the backstretch quickly growing detached at the tail of the field, tucked to the two path through the turn and continued just off the inside into upper stretch well behind, trailed throughout and was eased home to the finish.
