Footnotes
GARDINER got brushed at the start by MUAZARAH, who recovered outwards from a bobble, came under hustling and chased that rival in closest aim three wide down the backstretch and into the turn, advanced to latch on midway before issuing a challenge to take command outside the quarter pole, swung four wide into upper stretch, edged clear under a drive, shied out under a left handed crop and was corrected in the late stages to the wire. TRUST ISSUES stumbled at the start pecking the ground and conceded two lengths to the front, chased along the inside early on before tipping briefly two then three wide through the turn, came under encouragement at the three-eighths marker, tipped four wide into upper stretch, ran on to secure the place honors in the late going. ZIPPY MARK buckled at the break when losing his rear footing and conceded two lengths to the front, chased two then three wide before tipping four to five wide inside three furlongs to run, continued five wide into upper stretch, offered up a bid a furlong out, kept on to preserve the show honors on the wire. ROAR READY chased three then two wide coming under urging three furlongs from home, angled four to five wide into upper stretch and improved position to the finish. REMI'S MOON two to three wide in pursuit, came under a ride at the five-sixteenths, continued two to three wide into upper stretch, weakened in the drive. SOCIAL HOUR four wide in pursuit, came under coaxing with five-sixteenths to run, tipped four to five wide at the top of the stretch, tired. MUAZARAH bobbled at the break recovering outwards and brushing GARDINER, showed the way in hand along the inside through swift splits coming under pressure from GARDINER midway on the turn, came under coaxing at the five-sixteenths in response, yielded the front nearing the quarter pole and cut the corner into upper stretch, folded, and was eased home to the end.
