By subscription of $150 each which should accompany the nomination; $750 to pass the entry box and an additional $750 to start. For horses not originally nominated, a supplemental payment of $750 in addition to the entry and starting fees may be made at any time prior to the closing of entries. The purse to be divided 55% to the winner, 20% to second, 12% to third, 6% to fourth, 4% to fifth and 3% divided equally amongst the remaining finishers. Three Year Olds: 122 lbs. Older: 126 lbs. MY MANE SQUEEZE broke out and hit gate, went to the front then showed the way with a clear advantage, dictated terms in the two path on the turn, was asked while turning into the stretch in the four path, drew off under a strong hand-ride into the final furlong, was put to a milder hand-ride shortly thereafter and proved much the best. TRICKY TEMPER tracked the pace on the outside, chased in the three path on the turn, dropped to the two path into upper stretch and safely secured the place while no match for the winner. STERLING SILVER was bumped at the start, settled on the outside, was roused in the three then four path on the turn, spun into the stretch in the five path, was guided further out near the three-sixteenths pole and lacked the needed response while best of the rest. CALDWELL LUVS GOLD stumbled at the start but broke towards the front, settled under some coaxing, dropped back late on the backstretch, moved from the rail to the two path while ridden along on the turn, was driven into the stretch in the three path and came up empty. CUPID'S HEART broke out and bumped with a rival then was taken up while pinched back, settled at the rear, was urged along in the three path on the turn, spun into the stretch in the six path and failed to respond. DOLOMITE was hustled from the gate then well placed just off the pace, came under encouragement leaving the backstretch, dropped back under a strong hand-ride while inside on the turn, spun into the stretch under the crop and faltered then was reported to have bled and transported off the track via equine ambulance.
