Footnotes
FORTUNA MIA pressed the pace between horses, dropped back just off the leaders nearing the half-mile pole, drafted in the three path on the turn, was given her cue near the five-sixteenths pole, angled to the five path outside the quarter-pole, came out to the seven path into upper stretch then drifted further out, chased outside under a right-handed crop while remaining on her inside lead, gained to take the advantage at the furlong marker, swapped to the proper lead outside the sixteenth-pole and prevailed under strong urging. KADENA was hustled from the gate, disputed the pace on the outside of three foes, vied in the four path while outside of two rivals on the turn, led passing the five-sixteenths pole, spun into upper stretch in the five path while under the crop, drifted out under a left-handed crop outside the furlong marker, lost the advantage to the winner at that marker and was outfinished while able to get the place. MARGAUX TREASURE came outward at the start, dropped well behind while settling at the rear, went around most of the turn in the two path then shifted to the three path, gained in the four path into the stretch, moved in while chasing outside the eighth-pole, held a good striking position into the final furlong but flattened out and settled for the show. TWIRLING GOOD TIME bumped with a rival at the start then was hustled, disputed the pace on the inside of rivals, vied along the rail while roused for more on the turn, dropped back under a drive into the stretch and tired. AUNT YOLA was hustled from the gate then urged along behind the leading quartet, moved out outside the half-mile pole, chased in the five path for most of the turn then moved to the six path, spun into the stretch in the seven path and capitulated. SHE'S COMPLICATED broke in and bumped with a rival, disputed the pace between horses, was asked for more in the two path on the turn, dropped back outside the quarter-pole and stopped then was eased in the final furlong but walked off.
