Footnotes
ZULU KINGDOM (IRE) was taken back between horses near the seven-eighths pole then angled in, dropped to the two path into the first turn, settled with cover, moved from the two path to the three path late on the far turn, rallied in the four path into the stretch, gained the advantage inside the three-sixteenths pole, remained on his inside lead while inching clear near the eighth-pole, drifted in while given a pop of a left-handed crop outside the sixteenth-pole, continued on his inside lead to the finish and held under steady handling. LUTHER (GB) clipped heels just after the start then dropped back, was coaxed along inside of TIZ DASHING early, bumped very hard with that rival nearing the first turn then checked while hitting the rail, settled well off the pace on the inside, began to move up quickly with a half-mile to run, rushed up along the rail then steadied when CLEVER AGAIN took his path near the seven-sixteenths pole, was roused while inside on the far turn, cut the corner into the stretch, pursued the un-official winner in the drive and finished with good courage to get the place in a tough trip. CLEVER AGAIN saved ground on the first turn, settled off the inside on the backstretch, dropped inward in front of the un-official runner-up near the seven-sixteenths pole, moved from the rail to the two path on the far turn, gained in the three path into the stretch, made a bid between horses at the three-sixteenths pole, dropped back under a drive into the final furlong and was outfinished while able to hold the show. TIZ DASHING was taken under restraint as the un-official winner came in towards him nearing the first turn, bumped very hard with LUTHER and was knocked sideways just inside the seven-eighths pole, rounded the first turn in the two path, settled near the back, shifted from the two path to the three path late on the far turn, moved out while asked for his best in upper stretch and lacked the needed kick. MI BAGO broke out at the start and took the path of the runner-up, quickly sped clear while tugging on the bit, raced inside on the first turn, showed the way with a large advantage while off the rail on the backstretch, dropped in into the far turn, was asked near the quarter-pole, lost the advantage in upper stretch and tired. TANK was away awkwardly but with the body of the field, dropped from the three path to the two path early on the first turn, followed the solo leader from second, was asked late on the backstretch, chased in the three then four path on the far turn, dropped back in the five path into the stretch and faltered. FOLOWING THE RACE, THE RIDER OF LUTHER LODGED AN OBJECTION AGAINST BOTH TIZ DASHING AND ZULU KINGDOM. AFTER THE STEWARDS' REVIEW, ZULU KINGDOM WAS DISQUALIFIED FROM FIRST AND PLACED FOURTH FOR INTERFERENCE INTO THE FIRST TURN. THIS RACE HAD A TIMING DISCREPANCY OR MALFUNCTION AND WAS RE-TIMED USING VIDEO TECHNOLOGY
