RUN CURTIS RUN lunged at the break, chased just off the inside from near the rear of the field, came under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, spun three wide into upper stretch, rallied tucking to the two path a furlong out and overthrew the leader nearing the sixteenth pole, then edged clear to the finish. BERGEN coaxed from the gate, chased three to four wide under a ride from the five-sixteenths, angled six wide into upper stretch, ran on to secure the place honors in a blanket finish behind the bursting away winner. FINAL VERDICT prompted the pace four wide outside a pair of rivals coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, tipped five wide into upper stretch, kept on to secure the show honors on the line. BONUS MOVE got bumped at the start by XY SPEED, chased two to three wide patiently handled until set down angled five to six wide into upper stretch, then kept on to the end. TWISTED FILIGREE broke out at the start under hustling and brushed XY SPEED, cut a swift pace from the two path under pressure from a pair of rivals to the outside, spun three wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive and had the crop whacked out of the rider's hand to the right side by the rider of CLEAR THE AIR employing a left handed crop just outside the eighth pole, got overhauled by the top one nearing the sixteenth marker, then weakened in the very late stages. MAYA PRINCE crossed directly to the two path after the start and chased just off the inside and then along the inside under coaxing nearing the quarter pole, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, offered up a bid a furlong out, then flattened out in the late going. CLEAR THE AIR coaxed from the start, pressed the pace three wide patiently handled until let out spinning four wide into upper stretch, was under a left handed crop and knocked the crop out of the right hand of the rider of TWISTED FILIGREE nearing the eighth pole, then weakened in the late stages. XY SPEED bobbled at the break bumping BONUS MOVE, then got brushed by TWISTED FILIGREE, chased just off the inside under a ride from the five-sixteenths, angled four wide for home and weakened in the late going. ANTARES four then three wide in pursuit, got ridden along with five-sixteenths to run, swung four wide at the head of the stretch, came up empty. MARCUS GIFT four wide in pursuit, got pushed along at the five-sixteenths, angled five to six wide at the top of the lane, trailed.
