Footnotes
BILLIONAIRES ROW showed speed then chased the pace, moved from the rail to the two path on the turn, pursued the pacesetter under a right-handed crop into the final furlong, gained to make a bid coming to the sixteenth-pole and got up under good handling to prevali. GLOBAL PROSPERITY settled off the pace, was roused while saving ground on the turn, moved to the two path late on that bend, turned into the stretch in the four path then angled further out, rallied outside into the final furlong and closed well but missed while able to get the place. ALEXIS ZORBA (GB) showed speed then moved clear near the half-mile pole, went around the turn in the two then three path, was roused into upper stretch, drifted out some under a right-handed crop while remaining on his inside lead in the drive, held a narrow advantage into the final sixteenth then swapped to the proper lead while headed and was outfinished but safely held the show. FILM ACADEMY broke a step slow, settled comfortably off the pace, went around most of the turn in the two path then shifted to the three path, was roused approaching the quarter-pole then came under a drive in upper stretch and lacked the needed response. EPITAPH was hustled from the gate then ridden along at the rear, saved ground on the turn, came off the rail into the stretch and was no factor.
