Footnotes
FABULOUS CANDY was bumped at the break, settled on the outside, made a quick four wide move on the far turn to be in front by the quarter pole and move in three wide off the turn while clear, drew off to the furlong marker and was kept to pressure to prove much the best. AFILADA was reserved two to three wide, made a four wide advance by the quarter pole and then chased the winner home but failed to gain while being second best. BOOTSY'S MERLOT was settled back early, made a five wide advance on the far turn but had no late kick while besting the rest. RUXTON ROCKS was void of early speed, began to unwind on the far turn and swung out five wide leaving the turn to have a belated rally for the minor rewards. DRILL'S VALENTINE was reserved on the inside, two wide off the bend and angled out in the lane but had no rally. GREY PRINCESS was in tight into the first turn, tracked the pace on the inside and moved out on the turn to be three wide off the turn but weakened. SHORESY set the pace while clear and was headed and passed nearing the quarter pole and tired in the drive. CINDY'S SONG tracked the pace three wide and tired the final quarter of a mile. SUMMER AT THE SPA stalked the pace three to two wide and tired. CAT ONE was settled on the outside and was three to four wide on the far turn and tired.
