Footnotes
SHIVAREE was away alertly and crossed over to be well rated two wide, made a bid two wide in hand on the far turn to vie for command then drew clear leaving the turn and then drew off smartly in the final furlong under mild right handed crop urging. LORD KNOWS chased the early pace and then made a three wide bid on the far turn but proved to be no match for the inner in the final furlong while being second best. HARI chased the early pace two wide, made a two wide bid leaving the turn but flattened out in the final furlong while clearly besting the rest. BREAK THE ICE was settled early towards the inside, two to three path on the far turn and swung out five wide leaving the turn and had no rally. CAMINO DE SANTIAGO was settled back early, three wide on the far turn, angled out to the far outside and had a belated rally. WOKE UP IN LOVE was settled between rivals into the first turn, advanced four wide on the far turn and came five wide into the lane and weakened. BREADMAN rushed up the inside entering the first turn to set the early pace and then drew off entering the backstretch, headed on the far turn and tired in the drive. VINTNER was four wide into the first turn, reserved on the outside and was five deep on the far turn and tired. H C HOLIDAY was five wide into the first turn, moved in and then angled in to the rail by the five eights and saved ground on the far turn and had no rally. HEY PADRE was fractious in the gate, settled in the back and failed to respond.
