HIGH BETA taken in hand after the break, settled three wide down the backstretch, always traveling well, launched a bid with three furlongs to run then bid for the lead four wide at the top of the stretch finished strong under a steady hand ride and won clear in the end. ENGLISH LAW broke well then was content to stalk the pace set by FLAMINGPROPOSITION to the far turn, moved to challenge that one approaching the quarter pole but found a resilient foe, battled gamely through the length of the stretch, got a head in front of the rival in the late stages but was unable to hold off the winner. FLAMINGPROPOSITION off well, seized the early lead, attempted to slow down the pace down the backstretch, dug in when challenged near the quarter pole, battled to deep stretch then gave way grudingly in the final yards. SKY MASTERSON tracked inside to the far turn, was bottled up turning into the stretch was unable to mount a rally and finished evenly. FULLY AUTHORIZED settled at the rear of the field through the first half mile then circled the field on the far turn, came five wide into the stretch and flattened out. TRULY LEGIT caught three wide into the first turn, remained wide down the backstretch and through the far turn, was unable to gain ground while under a drive in the stretch and finished evenly. LORDLY settled inside and saved ground to the far turn, was behind horses through that turn then altered course to the three path in mid stretch but could not get clear in time to make a run. PATRICK'S PROMISE raced between horses at the back of the pack for the first half mile, launched a bid with about three furlongs to run, came three wide into the stretch but could not improve.
