DITHER showed good early speed along the inside, assumed command and set a pressured pace to the turn, carved out quick fractions nearing the quarter marker then shook free into the stretch, kept to task while clear into the final sixteenth and held safely late over the oncoming runner-up. DUNDIE forwardly placed away from the start, tracked the solid pace outside of rivals to the turn, roused three wide at the quarter pole, swung four wide for the stretch drive, responded past mid-stretch then finished well into the final sixteenth, could not reel in the winner in deep stretch and was best of the rest. FACE ABARRIO prominent early, disputed the solid pace outside of DITHER into the turn, lost ground into upper stretch, ran in pursuit of the winner to the final sixteenth, was outfinished in deep stretch and was a clear third. LUCKY SHOT close up in the early stages, stalked the solid pace to the quarter pole then chased into the stretch, was outkicked at the furlong marker then faded in the late stages. NOT THISTIMERANDY lunged at the start and was away slowly, allowed to settle early, chased five wide to the stretch and could not muster a late response. AMERICAN WARRIOR settled early, chased three wide into the stretch and lacked a late response. STITZY bobbled at the start then lacked early speed and was never a factor.
