OLD TOWN ROAD raced off the early going, moved up five wide around the far turn and finished well to surged up late under strong handling. CHROMED IMPULSE broke to the outside, bumped rival, vied for the early lead near the inside and finished gamely to the wire. DESANTIS rated along early, moved up four wide around the far turn and had a good outside rally in the latter stages. AUGER bumped soundly at the start, raced off the early going, altered out a path near the eighth pole, raced three wide and had not enough in the drive. BIG FIG was off slowly, stalked the pace from the inside and weakened. GABAGOOL pressed the early leader two deep from the outside and weakened in the drive. JOHN'S PROMISE dropped back early, saved ground past the quarter pole, angled four wide and had no late rally.
