Footnotes
FLASH FROZEN switched out off the inside early, settled at the back, advanced on the far turn two wide, shifted nearer the rail late on that bend, sought to bid up the rail in mid-stretch, found room nearing the sixteenth pole, took the lead at that juncture and kicked clear. FLAMINGPROPOSITION shifted in on the first turn from four to three wide tucking in behind and just off the leaders, stalked that pair up the backstretch, shifted out advancing three to four wide on the far turn, made a mild bid coming past mid-stretch, could not kick on with the winner but fought on well to get up for second. THINGAMABOB moved clear and shifted in to set the pace inside just off the rail, was pressured up the backstretch and on the far turn, shook off that rival only to be joined by new foes outside then inside, fought on but was simply outfinished. HYPER VENOM angled in early, saved ground settling off the pace near the rail, swung seven wide turning for home, kicked on mildly outside. JUAN COLORADO was a bit keen inside in the early going under a hold racing mid-pack, dropped back on the far turn, came out five wide turning into upper stretch and ran on. CALVIN'S RIDE switched out three wide early on the first turn continuing outside about four wide mid-pack through that bend, was forced wide on the far turn going four to six deep, failed to rally. OZZY was prominent heading into the first turn then eased back ceding the lead and switching outside the new pacesetter, advanced outside to press that rival up the backstretch and on the far turn, was asked to keep up late on that bend but came up empty.
