STARSHIP TANGO set the pace from off the rail shadowed by an outside foe, turned back that one's bid at the five-sixteenths retaking command by the top of the stretch, faced a new challenger to the outside and now under urging, held that rival at bay while being kept to the task. MIDNIGHT ONYX tracked in behind racing off the rail, moved out turning for home, loomed a threat just off the flank of the winner but could make no headway late. ETERNAL GLORY stalked from outside just off the leaders with good position racing four to five wide, floated a bit wider turning for home, kept on well to secure show honors. SHIPWRECK settled off the pace in the two to three path early, moved nearer the fence cutting the corner into upper stretch, made a mild rally up the rail to improve. MAMA BANNED ME settled at the back tucking in a bit on the first turn but still off the inside, advanced up the backstretch into the far turn, altered out in upper stretch nearing the eighth pole for room, came back in and was bumped lightly late but ran on. COLORS shadowed then pressed the eventual winner from outside racing three to four wide, was encouraged closer past the three-eighths, made a brief bid at the five-sixteenths, dropped back leaving the far turn while drifting out, drifted in through upper stretch, bumped a rival late, lacked the needed late kick. PICCATA PRINCE bumped a rival at the start, chased from inside near mid-pack early, failed to menace. KOHAKU pursued the leaders from outside four to five wide through th turns, came up empty. BIG TOBY was bumped at the start and in tight soon after along the rail, raced at the back and was not a factor.
