Footnotes
GOLDEN JUAN was well-positioned stalking while kept very wide racing in the three to five path throughout, took over past the half, was given just the minimum of hand urging in the stretch and continued to draw away. THE DOORMAN stalked in behind, moved out very wide heading up the backstretch in behind the eventual winner, dueled inside a foe but well-removed from the fence to secure the place while no threat to the winner. CATATUMBO settled early, moved out and advanced up the backstretch, was forced out wider still by foes, dueled a runner for the place but was unable to get past. GHOST STALKER unhurriedly brought up the rear, was kept well off the inside and was never a threat. LEAD OFF set the early pace inside, was done at the half and dropped back. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
