PLAYING WITH FIRE led the way up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the two path and drew off in the lane. PARTY ON RUFUS chased the leader up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the three path and kept on to the finish. ALL THE LUCK settled in the middle of the pack early, came around the bend in the four path, began a bid entering the stretch and gained ground late. FIRE BARON tracked the leader on the inside up the backstretch, saved ground around the bend and chased on in the stretch. EL RABANO raced in the middle of the pack on the outside through the opening the quarter, navigated the turn from the two path and finished evenly. DISTINGUISHED GENT stalked the leader on the outside up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the four path and weakened in the lane. JOHNNY BOLT hopped up at the start and veered out, raced at the back of the pack between horses through the opening stages, came around the bend in the four path and passed tiring horses in the stretch. ARROW GHOST hopped up leaving the gate, raced off the pace on the outside up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the three path and showed no kick. BABYBACK hopped up at the break, raced at the back of the pack on the outside through the early going, swung out to the five path coming around the bend and made no bid. PRINCE ROYCE raced off the pace on the inside up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the two path and was empty in the lane. VIRGIN ISLAND NICE raced in the middle of the pack on the inside up the backstretch, saved ground around the bend and faded in the stretch. SKYBREAKER bobbled leaving the gate, raced at the back of the pack on the inside early, saved ground around the turn and was never a factor.
