COX CANYON was reserved early, advanced three to five wide on the far turn, came six wide into the lane and closed well to get up in time to prove best under a drive. DYNAMITE KARMA stalked the early pace and made a bid two wide and vied for the lead in between rivals by the five sixteenths, then dueled to the inside of PRACTICAL WAY by the quarter pole, came three wide into the lane and shook clear in the furlong grounds but was caught very late to just fail. INDULGE was settled two to three wide, advanced three to four wide on the far turn and came five wide into the lane to make a bid but needed more late while gaining the show award. PRACTICAL WAY was rated early and made a three wide bid on the far turn to be dueling for command by the quarter pole, but faded in the final furlong and lost the show award on the wire. CAMINO DE SANTIAGO was settled early on the inside, two path on the turn and came three wide into the lane and had no rally. BREADMAN set the pace on the inside and was headed by the five sixteenths and gave way.
