OLD TOWN ROAD tracked the early pace and made a three wide bid by the quarter pole, dueled for command off the turn and drew clear in the final furlong to prove best under right handed crop urging. MAGICAL WARRIOR pressed the early pace and vied for command two wide on the turn and then was in between rivals by the quarter pole, dueled with the winner off the turn while on the inside when straightened, but could not match strides with that rival in the final furlong whiling running on willingly to be clearly second best. GONE NUTS set a pressured pace on the inside and then vied for the lead on the inside to the quarter pole, fell back and swung out four wide leaving the turn and faded, bested rest. JOHN'S PROMISE was settled early three wide on the turn and weakened. GABAGOOL was settled on the inside and two wide on the turn and weakened. ZAMFIR chased the early pace from between rivals, weakened on the turn and then was empty.
