LINNY KATE prompted the pace two wide and made a two wide bid off the bend and went on even terms by the furlong marker and slowly edged clear to prove best under a drive. GLITTER BAY was well paced on the inside, tracked the leaders on the rail on the far turn, cut the corner leaving the turn and got thru on the inside when the gap opens up and finished well but could not get by the winner and had to settle for second best. ICE QUEEN set the pace on the inside and was headed leaving the three sixteenths and dug in gamely but could not hold off the winner while giving gay grudgingly. DOUBLE COSMO GIRL was settled early on the inside, two wide on by the five furlong marker, advanced three wide on the far turn and came five wide into the lane and had a mild late rally. VINGATIVA was settled early, two to three path on the far turn and was coaxed along, steadied leaving the five sixteenths briefly, came three wide into the lane and had no serious kick. UP HER SLEEVE was reserved early on the inside, two wide into the lane and was in between rivals by the furlong marker and improved. BUILT DIFFERENT was settled back early, two to three wide on the turn and angled out leaving the turn and had a belated rally. RED WIND was a bit in tight leaving the chute, settled early on the outside, four wide on the turn and came six wide into the lane and had no rally. NO WAY IT'S TODAY (GB) was reserved early, saved ground on the turn and never threatened. JASSAI was settled back three wide and was not a factor. STARRY HOPE chased the pace three wide and came four wide into the lane and tired.
