Footnotes
SWEET LAURA broke a step slow, angled out while in range of the pacesetter, ranged up from outside in the five then four path on the turn, took over entering the lane, kicked clear in upper stretch and padded the margin while being ridden out then in hand near the wire. MORETASTIC was rank chasing after the leader in the early stages, went two wide into the turn, got boxed in at the five-sixteenths pole, tipped to the three path, finished determinedly but had to settle for second best. PRACTICALITY stalked outside rivals, bid three then two wide around the bend, was no match for the winner in upper stretch, flattened in the late stages but managed to secure the show honors. MARVELOUS LADY chased four deep to the turn, spun five wide into the lane and weakened. D' TIGER LILY raced up close from off the rail, put in a mild bid between rivals on the turn and weakened in the drive. EXPLOSIVE EXCHANGE showed the way up the backstretch, fought along the rail through the turn, lost command late on the bend and gave way. MO'S VINO MESA hopped to break a bit slow and trailed in the early going, steered to the inside, lagged behind around the bend, tipped out approaching the stretch and could not make an impact.
