Footnotes
BOUNTEOUS stalked the pace along the inside, tipped out four wide into the upper stretch and finished well to get up under strong handling. MINING CAMP showed good early foot to set the pace, headed near the five sixteenths pole, re-rallied through the stretch run four deep and finished gamely to the wire. GUN RIGHT stalked the pace, made a three to four wide bid around the far turn through the stretch run and finished willingly to the wire. MIDNIGHT ONYX prompt the early leader two deep from the outside and weakened the final eighth of a mile. DIAMOND MESSA rated under a snug hold, took aim three deep into the upper stretch and weakened between late. THIRD CITY settled off the early going, had a three to two wide bid in the lane but needed more. DIVINING STONE was bumped at the start, raced three wide around the first turn, saved ground past the quarter pole and was even with no closing run. LE MISTRAL void of early speed, swung wide into the upper stretch and never threatened. POSEIDONS MYTH dropped back early, saved ground and never threatened. PEYTON'S DAY bumped, shuffled back at the start, had a three to four wide run and never threatened.
