HADES broke outwardly, stalked the top pair from the four path, got outmoved by an outer rival approaching teh far turn, chased in the three path around that bend, moved out to teh five path into the lane, drifted out to the eight path at the furlong grounds, yet rallied to bid at the sixteenth pole and drove past. FORGED STEEL vied for the lead with an outer rival while remaining a path off of the inside, disposed of that one as a wider SIR SAFFER challenged around the far turn, battled with that one through upper stretch, led narrowly into the final furlong, but got outkicked by a wider bidder at the sixteenth pole. SIR SAFFER came out at the start, laid off of the pace in the three path, shifted out to the five path while getting headstrong at the five furlong pole, pulled to progress outside of foes down the backstretch, bid outside of a leading FORGED STEEL around the far turn, dueled with that one into the lane and through midstretch, but got outkicked by an outer bidder at the sixteenth pole and was fended off for place. OUTOFTHEDARK leaned outwardly leaving the gate, trailed along the inside, surpassed an inner rival while taking the far turn in the three path, moved back to the inside nearing the lane and improved while hanging on his left lead. ZATARA pursued from the two to four path and failed to factor. LUCAS'S MISCHIEF vied for the lead with an inner rival while kept in the three path, then as an outer rival challenged around the far turn. EIGHTYSIXCHEVY tracked along the inside then faded around the far turn.
