Footnotes
HIT SONG was brushed on both sides at the start, raced off of the pace in the four path, progressed quickly to issue a bold three wide challenge at the three furlong pole, assumed command and drover clear turning for home, drifted out at sixteenth pole and held sway from a pursing foe. FORGET TOMORROW brushed an inner foe at the start, tracked in the three path, bid two wide and along with an outer foe into the far turn, got outkicked shortly after, kept on to sustain pursuit into upper stretch, closed in mildly as the leader drifted in the final furlong but was kept at bay. CURLINA STAR raced off of the pace in the two to four path, swung out to the seven path into upper stretch and stayed on willingly. I'M HUNGOVER stalked while tucking to the inside around the first turn, awaited racing room around the far turn, tipped out nearing the lane but came up empty. ELECTRIC RUNNER raced at the rear along the inside and failed to factor. VALIANT JANE showed the way along the inside, but got overhauled by an outer rival leaving the three furlong pole and weakened. NEW WAY broke a step slow and got outrun. MARZ EATOATS brushed an outer rival at the start, prompted two wide, faltered between horses at the half mile pole and was eased through the lane.
