SALLY'S GOLD set the pace from the outset, was in the three path into the lane, widened throughout and was geared down in the final stages. ITALIAN IVY trailed the field early on, was near the rail into the lane, altered out near the three sixteenths pole and was no match for the winner in the stretch run. HOLD MY CROWN chased the pace early, raced in the four path into the lane and was no match for the top two. TENNESSEEHONEYBEE stalked the pace early on, was off the rail into the lane and faded down the lane from the inside. TAP THE LINE was never a factor. CAMPAIGN PROMISES was through after a half.
