HALEY'S HONOR quickly burst out of the gate to seize command, was patiently handled up top while hounded outside throughout the turn, spurted away when called upon at the top of the lane to increase the advantage, drifted out under left handed encouragement in deep stretch but was well enough clear to hold safe for the victory. MISS DEMANDING broke out on the start, hounded the front running winner outside down the backside, continued to apply pressure running around the bend, could not get to the leader who had something in reserve when turning for home and determinedly chased in vain all the way down the stretch. FLASHY MOTOR sat on the outside in the second flight keeping a close eye on the lead pair down the back straight, began to edge closer when urged outside at the quarter pole, loomed three wide at the top of the stretch but needed more late when appearing to stall in the final furlong. MO ARGENTO stalked near the rear while situated on the fence, was urged for more three furlongs out but had little response, started to pick up the bit mildly in the three path straightening for home and finished up willingly to get up to be a fringe player in the late stages of the race. SILENT AND SINFUL sat behind the leader on the rail down the backside, was asked for more with five sixteenths to go but was going in the wrong direction around the bend, had little left for the drive to the finish line and faded by mid-stretch. SCAT GIRL lagged at the rear while under encouragement down the back straight, made no impression going around the turn, shifted out in the four path in upper stretch and did show late energy to close the gap on the rivals up front but could not gain any position when crossing the finish line.
